If you follow my instagram you may have seen me working away updating patterns for the past few weeks and I am really excited that one of them is finally ready to share!
The Taylor Jacket is one of my favourite patterns that I offer, I’ve made it up so many times and in so many different fabrics. It is a boxy cropped jacket with button up front, collar and back panel detail. This jacket is designed for woven fabrics and can be made in mid-weight denim, linen, cotton drills and more. I’ve made it up in a linen-tencel blend for summer as a light weight jacket when it’s not super hot or I’m going somewhere air-conditioned, as well as a mid-weight denim for a more classic “denim jacket” look. I chose to update this pattern first as it truely is one of my favourites.
The updated pattern sizing is as follows, and roughly covers an Australian size 8-26. As always if you’re size is not covered or you need help grading between sizes, contact me on email or Instagram and I can size it up or down for no additional charge.
With each pattern I am updating I will be creating a sew-along video so if reading instructions isn’t your favourite thing to do you can watch the video.
